Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management:

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, email, analytics tools) for seamless integration and cross-platform functionality
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Alliances teams to identify opportunities to implement new tools, technologies and workflows to streamline processes
  • Provide training and support to ensure team members can leverage marketing tools, technologies, and best practices effectively

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze podcast listenership and network audience data to uncover insights on retention, growth opportunities, and campaign performance
  • Build models, dashboards and reporting frameworks to track and optimize key marketing KPIs, including CAC, ROI, LTV, engagement and conversion, across multiple channels
  • Deliver up-to-date, data-driven insights for key stakeholder deliverables, including pitch decks and campaign wrap reports
  • Develop attribution models to better understand the impact of various marketing channels

Lifecycle Marketing Management:

  • Develop data-driven communication workflows to engage users at key lifecycle stages and improve retention
  • Implement audience segmentation for personalized marketing outreach, including event invitations
  • Refine marketing operations processes by identifying and improving inefficiencies
  • Leverage A/B testing and performance data to refine messaging and automation

Ad Campaign Management:

  • Manage audio and video ad distribution across channels, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs
  • Track and report on key metrics (e.g., impressions, conversion rates) to optimize performance
  • Implement best practices for campaign execution, tracking, and optimization

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing operations or a related role, with a focus on process optimization and automation
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Blaze, Triton Digital, Art19, Sprout Social, YouTube, and Google Analytics, including hands-on management of integrations and workflows (while expertise in every platform isn't required, strong proficiency in multiple is essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, reporting, and dashboard creation to drive data-informed marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to design and implement logic-based workflows and automated email nurtures to enhance audience engagement and conversion
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, demonstrating adaptability, collaboration and problem-solving skills
