Opportunity

Twin Health is seeking an experienced Health Plan ASO Sales leader. This senior individual contributor will report directly to the Vice President of Health Plan Growth and will join Twin Health at a pivotal time in its evolution. This business development executive will be responsible for growing health plan ASO partnerships. These channel relationships are critical to Twin’s growth strategy and our ability to rapidly expand across self-insured employers / ASO customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record enabling and motivating insurance carrier account teams, driving revenue through channel relationships, and effectively communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. S/he will be accountable for ASO partnership performance including pipeline growth, deal velocity, close rates and partner satisfaction. This strategic business development leader will be a highly collaborative team player who will build upon Twin’s strengths and contribute to the organization’s long-term growth. Lastly, this individual will embody Twin Health’s core mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the business development and enablement process for health plan ASO partnerships
  • Engage health plan stakeholders across product, sales, account management and executive functions to develop trust, excitement and credibility for the Twin Health solution
  • Partner closely with national and regional health plan ASO sales and account teams to generate pipeline, advance opportunities and close deals for Twin
  • Train, enable and support health plan personnel to drive awareness and understanding of the Twin value proposition, our unique solutions and their impact on members and employers
  • Use a metrics-based approach to monitor the growth and velocity of ASO partnerships and to report performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent Twin Health to the highest standard by consistently demonstrating excitement, creativity and professionalism
  • Cultivate champions across health plan sales and account teams to prove success quickly, demonstrate wins and encourage widespread promotion and adoption of the Twin solution
  • Contribute to Twin Health’s high-performing culture by demonstrating passion, actively listening and communicating effectively

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in digital health / health technology sales
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial success and above-goal achievement
  • Effusive references from colleagues and commercial partners
  • Strong experience partnering with and selling through large health insurance organizations
  • Knowledge of health plan operations across lines of business, especially national and regional ASO sales
  • Embodiment of Twin’s core values of Passion, Talent, and Trust
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • This remote opportunity is available to US based persons. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible.
