Roles and Responsibilities:

 Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the data
warehouse environment, ensuring it meets business needs and performance
requirements.
 Lead the end-to-end life cycle of Data and business application Operations, projects,
from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and
deployment.
 Lead defining project scope, create project plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time
delivery.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and
marketing, to identify and document business requirements for new applications and
enhancements to existing ones.
 Work closely with external vendors for third-party software solutions, from vendor
selection and contract negotiations to ongoing relationship management.
 Define and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of
new applications, including training plans, communication strategies, and user support.
 Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project
risks and challenges.
 Manage changes to the data warehouse and application environment, coordinating
version upgrades, patches, and updates to minimize disruptions.
 Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing, validation, and documentation,
to ensure applications meet defined standards and specifications.
 Monitor and report on project status, key performance indicators, and budget utilization
to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
 Gather user feedback and continuously assess the performance of applications,
identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
 Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects, ensuring adherence to
project scope, timeline, and budget.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success
criteria.
 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and track project
progress using appropriate tools.
 Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation
strategies.
 Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior
management.
 Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members,
ensuring alignment on project goals and tasks.
 Lead project meetings, including kickoff, status, and review meetings, and provide
meeting agendas and minutes.
 Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of third-
party solutions.
 Facilitate change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
of new technologies.
 Manage quality assurance through comprehensive testing and validation processes.
 Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback to identify opportunities for continuous
improvement.
 Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and
documentation of decisions and actions.
 Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure adherence to SDLC and
deployment best practices.


Qualification & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Minimum 12 years in technology operations and project management, preferably in
business application development and implementation.
 Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business
requirements into technical specifications.
 Ability to write advanced SQL queries.
 Experience with business application platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite systems,
CRM systems, and Analytics tools like Tableau
 Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and
hybrid approaches.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
 Proficiency in risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges.
 Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship
management.

 Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within
budget.
 Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
