Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Associate to join our dynamic Operations Team with 3PL experience and a focus in distribution/fulfillment in the apparel sector servicing major retailers such as Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Macy's, etc. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order processing accompanied by providing exceptional service to our customers. The role of logistics associate is an all-encompassing role, which will manage various segments of the business. You will be involved in various touchpoints that will require a holistic analytic viewpoint to achieve success. Strong communication skills are a must to have, as well as being expedient in making daily decisions. You must also maintain an exceptional customer service level, whether they are internal or external customers, to continue to deliver best in class daily. This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports into our Senior Manager of Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the boutique channel and be held accountable for each activity within. (Allocation, maintaining SLA with the 3PL and communicating/collaborating with internal stakeholders)
- Direct To Consumer (DTC) account end to end management from inventory evaluation, internal transfer process, allocation, shipping, and delivery confirmation
- Review and process wholesale customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all information is correct and complete
- Maintain ERP for data integrity and troubleshoot for any potential issues
- Manage the gratis order process end to end from submission to entry, allocation, and shipping
Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for any rework or customer-specific VAS work
- Maintain and report out monthly KPIs for each area of responsibility
- Track/trace/issue resolution
- Exception based management for all segments of responsibility
- Transfer order management from 3PL to 3PL (order allocation, shipping and receiving)
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics into company goals and processes
- Collaborate with customers and warehouses to ensure the process for booking and routing shipments is adhered to
- Identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales regarding order status, shipping updates, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Suggest and implement improvements to fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
We require...
- 2-4 years of experience in a logistics role, such as supply chain analyst, logistics coordinator, or logistics analyst with a focus on 3PL management as well as distribution/fulfillment
- Apparel or wholesale experience is preferred
