Job Description
About the role
Spanx is searching for a dynamic, motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to help our organization achieve long-term sustainable customer growth and loyalty. In this role, you’ll support our efforts to continually disrupt our industry while driving strategy, solutions, and consistency throughout the Customer Service journey. A successful Coordinator will be self-directed, detail-oriented, a problem solver and a team player, with a burning desire to interact directly with our customers. We want your passion, your problem-solving skills – and your point-of-view.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly office work Tuesday-Thursday.
You’ll love it because you will…
- Work with the Customer Experience team to help elevate the Spanx brand and build engagement with our customers
- Respond to emails, reviews, social media comments, DMs, tagged photos, story mentions, and tweets
- Use the power of customer feedback to drive meaningful improvements across the Spanx business
- Conduct evaluations of customer and stylist interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media to assess quality and adherence to standards.
- Ensure accuracy of knowledge resources, so the Customer Experience team can easily access information needed to deliver expected levels of service.
- Be a passionate advocate for the Spanx brand, and most importantly our customers’ needs
Qualifications
We require…
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused role preferably in social media, customer care, or fashion/retail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with compassion and empathy, effectively putting yourself “in the customer’s shoes”
- A passion for the Spanx brand and mission of inspiring and elevating women around the world
- Desire to think outside of the box and develop creative solutions to real-world problems
- Familiarity with ticketing/support applications (Zendesk, Salesforce, Kustomer etc…) and Microsoft Excel
- Previous customer service experience and comfort speaking with customers on voice channels a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and flexibility to handle various tasks
- Creative thinker who can identify opportunities for growth, and solutions to help achieve goals
