The Senior Data Scientist will work closely with the CTO to build the core data platform at the heart of the company’s drug discovery engine in a cloud-based environment. You will integrate and analyze massive multimodal datasets to drive new biological insights on disease mechanisms and discover small molecules to create a new category of therapies. You will build proprietary databases by integrating complex and multimodal large datasets and apply data mining and machine learning techniques to drive insights and discover new therapies. You will work with clinical team members to design bioinformatics and data processing strategies for clinical trials and develop an automated bioinformatics infrastructure in the cloud to store and manage data from thousands of samples.
