We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Logistics Manager to support fulfillment and logistics operations across the Americas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This individual contributor role owns fulfillment and logistics performance for Oura’s Direct-to-Consumer and Commercial channels, ensuring seamless, cost-effective fulfillment and exceptional post-order experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product flow, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery while driving continuous improvement across 3PL partners and internal teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, combining data-driven problem solving with hands-on operational leadership. You embrace technology and have an AI-forward mindset, using automation and digital tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and help our logistics function scale efficiently.

This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco or New York City, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Fulfillment & Partner Operations

  • Own day-to-day logistics execution for D2C and Commercial channels, ensuring orders are processed accurately, on time, and delivered within SLAs
  • Monitor 3PL fulfillment backlogs daily and proactively escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and fulfillment partners, driving accountability and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Track and improve logistics KPIs and SLAs (e.g., On-Time, In-Full, cost per shipment, delivery exceptions).
  • Support retail fulfillment as needed, maintaining consistency and compliance across all channels.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Partner with Supply and Demand teams to ensure finished goods availability across 3PLs and manufacturing sites. .
  • Manage finished good purchase order execution, transportation booking, and delivery appointments from manufacturing sites to 3PL partners.
  • Coordinate material and movement between suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth, efficient order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate, book, and track domestic and international internal team order requests.

Process, Data, & Continuous Improvement

  • Expand operational scope to support returns management workflows, post-fulfillment order monitoring, and reshipment root cause analysis.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
  • Maintain and refine Standard Operating Procedures to support scalable, repeatable logistics execution.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain routing guides for Retail and B2B partners, ensuring compliance and minimizing chargebacks.

Strategic Projects & Technology Enablement

  • Lead logistics initiatives related to system integrations, automation, and new market or channel launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Trade Compliance, and Operations to align on cost improvements and process efficiency.
  • Champion the use of AI tools and automation to enhance operational visibility, streamline manual tasks, and support scalable growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience, ideally supporting D2C and B2B channels.
  • Proven success managing 3PL operations and partner performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, transportation, and inventory flow between suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, backlog health, and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong analytical skills using Google Sheets or BI tools.
  • A data-driven problem solver with experience using KPIs to inform operational decisions.
  • Familiarity with customer-centric logistics metrics such as delivery SLAs and post-order experience.
  • Comfortable advocating for technology adoption and automation to reduce manual work and drive scalable growth.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead through influence.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $112,000 - $140,000
  • Region 2 $100,000 - $125,000
  • Region 3 $94,000 - $117,000
