As a Senior Manager of Global Reverse Logistics, you will be instrumental in refining and scaling our return processes, ensuring they are efficient, data-driven, and customer-centric. By integrating advanced systems and collaborating across teams, you will optimize operations to meet the unique demands of reverse logistics while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Reverse Logistics Optimization: Enhance return processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring seamless integration into the overall supply chain.
- Systems Development: Support the design and implementation of logistics systems tailored for reverse operations, addressing unique challenges like product refurbishment, quality checks, and restocking.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop robust metrics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and support strategic decision-making.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure logistics tools and systems align with broader company objectives and enhance reverse logistics capabilities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging data and industry best practices to address pain points and inefficiencies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to create a seamless end-to-end reverse logistics experience.
- Customer Experience Focus: Prioritize the customer experience in every initiative, ensuring returns and exchanges are handled efficiently and contribute to overall satisfaction.
This is a remote US role, with a slight preference for candidates located in the EST time zone.
