The role will be remote and based in the US. Eastern time zone strongly preferred; open

to candidates in other continental US time zones. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the Order-to-Cash process, encompassing order management, commissions calculations, billing, payment processing, receivables outreach, credit limit oversight, reconciliation, reporting and revenue recognition.
  • Assist with the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Consolidate and report financial information, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A,Tax, IT, Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain, to support business processes.
  • Independently review and dissect complex contracts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial reporting initiatives to accelerate the close process and enhance overall financial reporting.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to financial operations.
  • Prepare and own monthly balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with external audit requirements.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
