We are seeking a talented and dynamic International Retail Marketing Manager to join our team and drive retail marketing strategies internationally. As the International Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives (merchandising and marketing) that drive demand, increase brand visibility, and ultimately maximize Oura sales through retail channels.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retail channel marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, organic social, paid media, lifecycle, owned media, and retail partners to develop marketing programs that drive foot traffic and increase sell-through.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling retail marketing materials including POS displays, retailer- and Oura-owned marketing, and digital assets that properly represent the partnership and the retailer.
  • Manage end-to-end development of POS displays including customer experience, display design, retailer reviews, production, installation, maintenance, and sourcing of vendors as needed.
  • Create and manage retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Manage content across physical displays and online experiences to maintain its relevance and accuracy after initial launch.
  • Develop deep working relationships with key partners (retailers and agencies) to ensure collaborative strategic planning and strong in-market activation of campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to retail partners on merchandising strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Provide insight on localization strategy, and plan for additional time needed to ensure proper rollout.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of retail marketing initiatives, providing regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and project SOWs effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on retail marketing investments.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
