Brand & Content Strategist
United States
We’re looking for a Brand + Content Strategist to help amplify our brand across every customer touchpoint. You’ll help shape and execute a brand + content strategy that fuels brand love, drives business growth, and champions our mission to help women feel good in their bodies.
This person will help define what Moon Juice talks about, why it matters, and how it comes to life acrossculture, in communities, in partnerships, social, email, founder content, product storytelling, and editorial content, and in real life, and in the moments people actually notice. We are looking for a big thinker with strong taste, sharp instincts, and the ability to turn a brand platform into ideas people can see, feel, share, and talk about. Someone who is deeply plugged into culture, but not chasing trends. Someone who knows how to spot the opening, sharpen the idea, and make it feel unmistakably like us.
We're looking for someone who can bring disparate ideas, channels, and stakeholders together into a cohesive brand + content engine that helps Moon Juice become one of the most distinctive voices in wellness. You can translate complex science into compelling stories + ideas without sacrificing accuracy, and understand that maintaining credibility and trust is core to the Moon Juice brand. They'll translate science education, brand strategy, product truths, cultural insights, and founder expertise into compelling narratives, content franchises, and campaign + activation ideas that make people stop, think, feel, and ultimately engage with the brand. You know how to find the story beneath the product and can take a scientific fact, ingredient mechanism, formulation insight, cultural tension, or founder perspective and turn it into something people actually care about. You have strong taste, curiosity, and a clear point of view. Just as importantly, you understand the responsibility that comes with talking to a highly educated wellness consumer.
This person will also own the brand’s content + cultural brand calendar, but this is not a calendar-management role. It is about creating the ideas that fill it. The content franchises, partnerships, activations, brand moments, experiences, founder-led ideas, surprise-and-delight programs, cultural plays, and real-world expressions that help Moon Juice show up with more point of view , authenticity and energy.
You'll also oversee copywriting across brand voice, brand marketing, and growth, while working cross-functionally with key cross-functional partners. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with deep storytelling craft—and who thrives in the fast-paced, mission-driven world of consumer wellness. We're looking for a hybrid: part strategist + part storyteller.
You’re the perfect fit if you are:
- A culturally attuned brand thinker with strong creative instincts and a real point of view.
- A big-idea person who can also take idea all the way through to execution.
- Someone who does not just execute ideas. They concept them, shape them, sharpen them, and bring them to life.
- A strategic doer who can spot a strong idea, make it better, and understand what it takes to move it through an organization.
- Someone with strong taste and a clear instinct for what makes a brand feel relevant, human, useful, and memorable.
- Curious about what people are talking about, sharing, eating, buying, watching, rejecting, and caring about.
- Comfortable moving between cultural insight, creative concepts, partnerships, budgets, timelines, vendors, and execution.
- Collaborative, low-ego, and able to bring people along without overcomplicating the process.
- Someone who understands that brand is not just campaigns. It is how a company behaves, what it chooses to care about, and how it shows up when people aren’t paying attention.
