Location: This is a remote position (US Only)

Salary range: 50,000-100,000

Who we are:

Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic for women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges. Our platform provides care designed by experts, scaled by technology, and delivered by trained and compassionate clinicians.

All of our services are covered by insurance, and we offer convenient access to clinical care through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and responsible prescribing of medications, supplements, and other therapies. We’re passionately focused on improving the symptoms of women’s midlife hormone change because the current system too often leaves women misdiagnosed and undertreated. At Midi, we’re changing that.

Where we’re based:

We are an entirely virtual company, so employees can live anywhere as long as they are willing to work normal daytime hours and have the ability to travel periodically (1-4 times a quarter).

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Marketing & Community Manager to develop and implement key marketing strategies and programs for Midi Health. Working at both a strategic and creative level, this person (reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager) will drive projects across organic marketing initiatives. Our Marketing & Community Manager will be responsible for performance and growth across organic channels, including the development of partnership programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Story tell through compelling social media content that drives high-value engagement from audience and gains followers
  • Own daily social media community management, ensuring brand tone, voice, and personality are consistent and elevated
  • Ideate, develop, and maintain social media calendars, managing related team discussions and any creative needs from copywriters and designers
  • Research, present, and develop relevant industry partnership opportunities, including micro-influencers, podcasts, etc
  • Report on performance, from both a high-level and detailed perspective
  • Work with clinical team to develop an ongoing relationship to create content and provide marketing support
  • Support execution and project management of all marketing programs including email, paid social, referral/B2B, influencer, partnerships, and clinical support
  • Identify relevant industry trends for in-the-moment content creation opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in social media, communications, and/or marketing
  • Deep and applied knowledge of social industries and trends, preferably on Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience with project management, marketing, social media tools (Monday, Figma, Active Campaign, Google Business Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive creative and technical projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as skill proofreading
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, autonomous, and agile environment
  • Experience in health and wellness is a plus, passion for what we do is a must

Who you are:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about taking a defining role at an early-stage startup. You’re both creative and analytical and enjoy managing social media and marketing projects. You’re comfortable with change, and ready to pivot in response to customer and client feedback and needs.

You have a strong base of knowledge in social media and partnership marketing from 1-3 years at a health care brand. You’ve scheduled and posted hundreds of social posts and know your way around related analytics. With the right team, you can coordinate and task manage weeks of content in advance. When you see something that might be a good fit for a brand, you’re not afraid to pitch and advocate for it. You’re looking to work in a high-growth, venture capital backed business with great mentors and teachers.
