As SVP of Operations, you will:
- Build a high performing team that works with Maven members through their care journey, providing customer support, care advocacy & coaching, payment reimbursement, and benefit navigation services. You will lead a diverse team with professional backgrounds spanning customer service, payments, clinical services, and network strategy.
- Closely partner with our Clinical teams to deliver on strategies that make Maven members healthier. The teams you lead are responsible for delivering on Maven’s clinical and product and have a tremendous impact on member care
- Develop a multi-year provider network strategy to enable Maven’s virtual care management solutions to better bridge the journey to in-person care. Your first priority will be to go deep with Maven’s fertility clinic partners to build and deepen our relationship with clinics that participate in our network.
- Roll out an org structure for operations teams to scale efficiently while maintaining high quality service. You are an expert at setting the right goals and managing teams to a short list of KPIs that drives clarity
- Help drive Maven’s technology roadmap in close partnership with Maven’s Product and Engineering teams. You know how to work effectively with technology leaders to share insights that help inform roadmap toward a shared goal of empowering our Support, Care Delivery, and Clinical teams
- Design and continuously improve business processes to support new capabilities, product offerings and partnerships. You understand how to develop and roll out processes that scale effectively
- This role reports to the COO
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Brings 15+ years relevant experience that includes
- Deep operational experience with scaling teams. Bonus points if in healthcare services or another highly regulated and complex industry
- A track record of successfully building, leading and scaling large, diverse teams
- Building and scaling systems and processes in high-growth, fast-paced, high-performing environments
- Driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact for their organization’s finances, customers and employees
- Embodies Maven’s values, including keeping healthcare human, embracing a service mindset, and leading with data
- Is a strong executive communicator, partner and teammate
- Is effective at navigating ambiguity and leading through change
- Exemplifies a continuous learning mindset and sense of humility
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $260,000 - $330,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
