ABOUT LUCILLE HEALTH

Lucille Health is a modern senior nutrition brand on a mission to change the way America nourishes its aging population. We make clean-ingredient nutrition shakes designed for older adults — real food, not the artificial formulas that have dominated the category for decades.

Founded by a granddaughter who experienced the innovation gap for seniors firsthand while caring for her own grandmother (Lucille), we’re building a brand that celebrates aging with vitality — not fear. We champion “super seniors” and believe older adults deserve better than the institutional, medicalized products the industry has offered them.

We launched in March 2026 and are selling via Amazon, DTC (Shopify), and B2B channels (senior living communities). We’re backed by strong investors and advisors and are at the exciting, scrappy stage where the first full-time marketing hire will have an outsized impact on how this brand shows up in the world.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a resourceful, creatively driven Senior Marketing Manager to own the execution of Lucille Health’s marketing strategy across brand, digital, and commercial channels.

Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire — which means you’ll touch everything. You’ll be 360, managing a small bench of freelancers (content creator / community manager, graphic designer), coordinate with external partners (Amazon agency, PR), and work hand-in-hand with Jess to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.

This is ideal for someone who’s done 5+ years at a brand start-up and is ready to be the person building the plane — not just flying it. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, energized by ownership, and excited about the idea of shaping a brand from the ground up!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Guardianship & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Own the day-to-day execution of Lucille’s marketing plan, ensuring the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across Amazon, DTC, social, email, and B2B touchpoints.
  • Translate the 2026 marketing roadmap into weekly/monthly execution plans with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Act as the brand steward — protecting tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels and partner-facing materials.
  • Support GTM launches for new products, bundles, and channel entries (e.g., retail expansion).
  • Identify culturally relevant moments and opportunities to keep the brand fresh and engaging (e.g., National Nutrition Month, Grandparents Day, Mother’s Day / Father’s Day etc.).

Freelancer & Partner Management

  • Manage and brief our freelance content creator and community manager (with opportunity to help hire to bring this role in-house). Own the content calendar, review cadence, and creative feedback loop.
  • Coordinate with external partners including the Amazon agency, paid media buyer, PR firm, and any future creative or media partners.
  • As the team grows, help identify and onboard additional freelance or contract support as needed.

Content, Social & Influencer

  • Own the social content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Set the editorial direction and ensure content ladders up to brand and commercial goals. Own the insights and reporting.
  • Develop and manage the influencer and creator partnership program — identify, outreach, brief, and measure ROI of partnerships across caregiver, wellness, and senior-adjacent communities.
  • Collaborate with our content creator on shoot planning, content production, and repurposing assets across channels.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own the email and marketing calendar in Klaviyo. Depending on expertise, either collaborate with external partner or plan, build, and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, subscription nudges).
  • Develop campaign briefs and coordinate asset creation for promotional and editorial email sends (working with our copywriter and graphic designer on final deliverables).
  • Track and report on email/SMS performance, running A/B tests and sharing insights to inform broader marketing decisions.

B2B Marketing & Trade Shows

  • Help build the B2B sales toolkit (one-pagers and potential case studies).
  • Plan and execute trade show presence (e.g., senior care industry events), including booth materials, sampling programs, and follow-up campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work directly with the founder on strategic priorities, campaign planning, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with external advisors on marketing strategy, analytics, and roadmap execution.
  • Help build the foundational marketing processes, reporting rhythms, and operational systems that will scale with the business.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or growth marketing roles — ideally within food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health, or DTC brands.
  • Experience executing marketing across multiple channels including social, email/lifecycle, influencer, and ideally some Amazon and retail marketing exposure.
  • Comfortable managing freelancers and external partners — you know how to write a clear brief, give constructive feedback, and keep work on track.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping balls. You’re the person who actually enjoys a good project tracker.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments where you’ll need to figure things out, not just follow a playbook.
  • Analytical mindset — you can pull a report, read the data, and turn it into a “here’s what we should do” recommendation.
  • Genuine interest in the senior care space, aging, nutrition, or health & wellness. You don’t need to be an expert, but we hope you care about this audience and our mission to bring better nutrition, health, joy, and dignity to older adults.
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach. At this stage, no task is beneath you and no challenge is too big to try.

WHY LUCILLE

  • This is a rare opportunity to be the first marketing hire at a brand that’s building something genuinely new in a category that has never been disrupted.
  • You’ll work directly with a founder who deeply understands brand, has strong investor and advisor networks, and is building Lucille with intention and taste. You won’t be buried in layers of management — your ideas will be heard and your work will be visible from day one.
  • We’re a small, mighty team that moves fast, cares deeply about what we’re building, and believes that older adults deserve a brand that makes them feel seen — not sidelined. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
