The Role

We are looking for BCBAs located in EST who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care because they are dissatisfied with the status quo. We want providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the way we provide exceptional virtual mental healthcare to children and families.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 parenting sessions via the Little Otter platform for families and caregivers (children ages 0-18 years old)
  • Develop observable and measurable goals for families in collaboration with therapists, psychiatrists, and other parenting specialists
  • Develop care plans to address specific family concerns and challenges
  • Help parents track success and setbacks, provide resources, strategies, and feedback
  • Deliver care to families through video and chat, providing caregiver education, caregiver training, and 1-on-1 coaching
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
  • Participate in regular collaborative care meetings
  • Meet regularly with the Little Otter leadership team to share experiences and insights, give feedback, and contribute to the development of Little Otter


About You:
  • Holds a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA)
  • Located in Eastern Standard Time Zone, you will be providing care to families in SC, NC, TN, CT & are already/are willing to be cross licensed in any of those states
  • Masters degree in Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience providing caregiver training and evidence based interventions to caregivers of children ages 0-18 years old
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care
  • Comfortable delivering care via telehealth
  • Believe strongly in multi-disciplinary care and measurement-based methods and interested in learning and collaborating with the best early childhood mental health professionals in the country
  • Self-directed and feel comfortable in a startup environment that is changing and growing quickly
  • Model empathetic support and feedback when you work with parents
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
  • Loves working with children and families and is passionate about mental health!
Schedule:
  • 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week option
  • Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families
  • 80% of your clinical sessions will be M-F between 9am- 12pm EST and 4pm-7pm EST and anytime on the weekends to accommodate parent’s schedules
Compensation:
We provide a set base plus RVU model. Annual compensation includes base salary plus additional compensation based on caseload.
40 hours a week: ~ $89,000/yr
32 hours a week: ~ $74,000/yr
