We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist - Temp to play an important role with both Sales & Operations teams by managing all aspects of order processing for its wholesale customers. This role will have a deep understanding of order management in the lens of processing B2B orders, routing and aligning daily with our 3PL/warehouse. The ideal candidate is hard-working, has experience in fast-paced environments, and maintains high standards in order accuracy and timeliness.

What You'll Contribute

• Spend 2 days per week in the Kosas office (the Hub) located in El Segundo

• Take full ownership of order management, utilizing NetSuite for both manual and EDI order entry while ensuring accurate allocation and fulfillment quantities

• Process customer invoices daily in NetSuite, ensuring invoices are current, dated accurately, and reflect the correct units shipped

• Strategically allocate inventory across retail accounts based on real-time on-hand and in-transit stock levels to optimize fulfillment and minimize stockouts

• Maintain daily communication with retail partners regarding order status, shipping timelines, and inventory availability

• Attend weekly distribution center calls to communicate order releases, follow up on orders pending shipment, and troubleshoot fulfillment issues as needed

• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely order processing in support of month-end shipment targets

• Serve as the primary point of contact for order status updates and provide key insights to cross-functional teams during weekly gross shipment review calls

• Resolve discrepancies related to order processing and contractual pricing to maintain accuracy and support strong customer relationships

• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in EDI transmissions to ensure accurate order processing

Who You Are

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Business

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EDI order processing, invoicing, and working with a 3PL/warehouse

• Experience with NetSuite is required

• Experience with management of shipping vendors

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - able to demonstrate comfort with vlookups, pivot tables, filtered lists, subtotals, if, sum if, etc.

• Passion for the Beauty industry; Experience with Sephora is a plus

• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow

• Function effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing high priority items in a timely manner

The hourly wage range for this part-time, temporary position is $30-$35 per hour. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
