The Director, Influencer Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of influencer marketing, artistry relations, and PR initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through innovative partnerships, content creation, and media outreach.
How You’ll Contribute
Influencer & Artistry Relations
- Drive strategy and execution of Influencer Marketing & Artistry Relations to reach overall brand awareness and business goals within budget
- Build programs from vision through execution to scale influencer content creation, traffic and sales, exploding engagement and advocacy
- Identify new influencers & artistry talent; build innovative programs and partnerships to expand community, while deepening existing relationships across all tiers
- Oversee ongoing gifting efforts for influencers and makeup artists
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the intersection of influencers and makeup artists with campaigns, new product launches and hero product support
- Support growth team with creator content needed for advertising initiatives
- Manage vendor/partner relationships inclusive of influencer talent agencies/agents and tools
- Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoing basis
- Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer and community trends and tools
Public Relations
- Drive earned media strategy across a mix of target channels and categories including beauty, lifestyle, tech and business press
- Foster current and continually develop new, strong relationships with key editorial partners
- Manage day-to-day relationship and support for PR agency
- Oversee and execute PR calendar and activities, from press materials and toolkits to mailers and experiential events
- Track coverage and report on insights from media monitoring

- Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/idea
- Effective relationship-building, oral and written communication skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships and bring people together
What You’ll Bring
- B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or similar
- 8-10 yrs experience in influencer relations, social media marketing, community and/or PR
- Demonstrated track record in scaling influencer community and EMV, preferably in beauty or beauty-adjacent category
- Comfortable with G-Suite
- Experience with influencer software platforms (like Tribe Dynamics) and social media management tools (like Dash Hudson)
- Excellent communication & writing skills

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
