In our collaborative care model, therapists provide psychotherapy while our in-house medical team manages patient eligibility, treatment plans, psychiatric medication management, and ongoing outcome monitoring. Journey Clinical’s platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.
