Our mission: eliminating every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We're building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

Reporting to the Vice President, Product, Care Innovation the Lead Product Manager, Care Experience will lead the product vision for how technology can make the care experience more connected, effective, and human. You will help members make meaningful progress, equip providers to do their best work, and extend the impact of each session within the care journey.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week at our 60 Madison Avenue location. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date. Occasional travel will be required for team on-sites.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for core care experiences, with a goal of improving care continuity and clinical outcomes.

  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact moments in a member's early care journey, and shape the product experiences that help members and providers get the most out of every session and reduce friction to rebookings.

  • Use member and provider insights, behavioral data, and experimentation to refine priorities, and partner with analytics and data science to measure impact against KPIs that reflect both business and clinical outcomes.

  • Guide product work from discovery through launch and iteration, balancing user needs, clinical considerations, and operational realities.

  • Build alignment across cross–functional teams, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and keep decisions focused on meaningful care experiences and outcomes.

  • Apply AI thoughtfully in how you build and how you work, using human judgment to evaluate AI outputs and raising the AI fluency bar across your team.

What success looks like:

  • Meet or exceed targets for care continuity, rebooking, and clinical outcomes.

  • Sustained, measurable improvement in member and provider satisfaction with the care experience.

  • A clear, data-informed strategy for the care experience, shaped by what we learn from members and providers.

  • Clearly explain and justify experiments with a strong quantitative rationale, use the results to make sharp decisions about what to scale, iterate, or stop, and understand how results can drive business outcomes.

  • Quickly develop strong internal relationships with engineering, design, and clinical partners, leading to deep trust and fast decision-making.

  • Identify where AI and automation can make care experiences and team workflows meaningfully better, and turn those opportunities into shipped results.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, using sound judgment to prioritize the work that matters most for members and providers.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping consumer, B2B2C, or healthcare products that improved engagement, retention, or outcomes.

  • Experience designing and running experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis, iterative rollouts) and using results to guide strategy.

  • Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to form hypotheses, run analyses directly, and connect behavioral data to product decisions and downstream business impact.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing speed with clinical integrity and stakeholder trust.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate strategy, insights, and tradeoffs.

  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, and a strong point of view on where AI can improve products and workflows.

  • Experience working with or alongside clinicians or other licensed professionals is a plus.
