Our mission: eliminating every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We're building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

The Consumer Partnerships Director will own the strategy and execution of consumer‑facing partnerships that significantly expand Spring Health’s top‑of‑funnel audience and drive measurable acquisition growth. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic alliances with high‑impact partners — including consumer platforms, digital marketplaces, health tech aggregators, and AI/LLM ecosystems. This is a full time, fully remote role on our team. Travel (less than 10%) will be required.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategy focused on top‑of‑funnel consumer acquisition and measurable growth.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high‑reach partner opportunities, such as 3rd party platforms, digital directories and similar channels with strong consumer reach potential.

  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline of partnership opportunities grounded in data, forecasted acquisition impact, and competitive positioning.

  • Lead partnership negotiations and deal structuring - defining commercial terms, go‑to‑market integrations, and mutual value drivers.

  • Drive cross‑functional execution with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and legal teams to enable seamless partner integrations and launch plans.

  • Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance, consumer acquisition growth, partner ROI, and optimization opportunities.

  • Cultivate relationships with senior external partners, representing Spring Health as a trusted, strategic partner.

  • Scale what works by documenting best practices, building repeatable frameworks, and owning long‑term partner health and impact.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Drive revenue by launching and scaling 3+ high‑impact consumer acquisition driving within 12 months.

  • Achieve incremental acquisition targets sourced directly from partnership channels (e.g., +X% new users quarter‑over‑quarter).

  • Develop a qualified pipeline of 6-8 strategic partnership opportunities, with clear business cases and prioritization.

  • Contribution to growth goals through integrated campaigns, co‑marketing, or embedded acquisition.

  • High partner satisfaction and retention scores, with frameworks established for ongoing measurement and performance tracking.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years in partnership strategy, business development, or a sales role with a strong focus on consumer acquisition or growth.

  • Proven track record of identifying and closing strategic partnerships that drive measurable user acquisition or platform growth.

  • Highly strategic and analytical with experience building business cases, forecasting impact, and optimizing partnership outcomes.

  • Experienced negotiator who can drive complex commercial discussions and structure mutually beneficial models.

  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority.

  • Comfort working in ambiguity, with a high bias toward action and iterative learning.

Nice to have:

  • Background in consumer technology, health tech, digital platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS.
