Payroll Specialist
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in processing payroll. You'll assist with and own aspects of payroll processing, state registrations and compliance, and all payroll related communications from our growing, multi-state employee base.
What you’ll do:
- Handle payroll processing procedures in ADP
- Serve as a point of contact for employee pay-related questions
- Handle employee data and updates in our payroll system throughout the lifecycle of each team member
- Partner with our Accounting and People Ops teams to ensure alignment on employee data
Who you are:
- You have 2+ years of experience with high volume payroll processing
- You have excellent quantitative and Excel skills
- You have 1+ years of experience with ADP
- You have multi-state payroll experience
- You have strong communication skills

Salary Band: $86,000 - $99,000
