Location: NYC (in-person 4 days per week in NoMad office, relocation available), traveling for conferences / events ~10-20% of the time.

About the Role

Getting care to the right person at the right time is already a daunting task - now try to do it when the person has a serious illness. Time is of the essence and yet this industry has seen little to no change from AI - we're seeking to change that and our prospective partners - think hospices, home healths, senior living communities - are desparate to change this too.

We're looking for a highly ambitious, winning-obsessed, and driven Chief of Staff, Growth to join our team. This role is unique as you'll do what it takes to growth this business and have a wide range of skillsets to make it happen. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO, Head of Strategic Initiatives and Head of Clinical Partnerships to drive deals, and build the systems to scale our go-to-market motion. You'll crank out proposals, manage accounts, build sales strategies, build microsites in Lovable (or the AI tool of your choice) - you'll do it all, because you're mission as the CoS is to make sure we're successful. And when we need help across other areas of the business you'll dive in there too - plus you can because you've got the skillset to execute across the board.

What You'll Do

  • Build up our sales operations and infra by creating repeatable processes, sales collateral, proposals, decks, and internal systems as we go from 0 to 1.

  • Create and execute strategy across growth taking into account all needs (sales, marketing, ops, product, etc.).

  • Build and develop relationships with our prospective clients. They'll need to like you - this business runs on strong rapport.

  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO on high-priority projects spanning sales, marketing, operations, and strategy.

  • Use AI tools like Lovable to create helpful new internal apps and external microsites (i.e. sales calculator)

  • Customer success work - you'll make sure our existing partners have what they need and that they not only renew with us, but consistently grow year over year.

  • Most importantly is any and everything. Nothing is beneath you and nothing is above you. You're wide open to anything.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience

  • B2B health startup, consulting firm, and/or investment banking experience

  • 0 to 1 spirit - you understand that there won't be checklist on what to do all the time. YOU will create it when its needed.

  • Excel - need to be able to whip up sheets at the ready and fluently

  • Impeccable attention to detail and the little stuff bothers you. You want us to look good

  • A winner's mindset. No complaining. No defensiveness. You are too focused on driving this business forward.

  • Someone who will come in and be able to make a difference starting Day 1
