About the role

Grüns is hiring an Influencer Partnerships Manager, International to build and run our creator engine across EMEA and APAC. International growth depends on localized storytelling and creator credibility this role owns the end to end influencer ecosystem: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking, whitelisting, and performance optimization.

Location:

While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around Europe will be most successful in this role.

The team members you’ll be working with most closely are in the Eastern time zones, so we ask that you are comfortable working a way that allows for some overlap in working hours to collaborate.

More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL.

In this role, you will:

• Build a scalable creator pipeline across EMEA and APAC, sourcing and vetting localized creators by market, language, and cultural add.
• Own international influencer campaigns end to end, from outreach and negotiation to briefs, timelines, approvals, tracking, and results.
• Manage whitelisting and usage rights, ensuring creator content is contractually covered, compliant, and ready to scale in paid media.
• Partner with Paid Media to create a high performing content pipeline, feeding winning creator assets into ads and iterating based on results.
• Support international retail expansion, running geo targeted creator activations tied to retail launches and in market buzz.
• Build reporting and insights by market, tracking spend, CAC, attribution signals, and content performance to guide reinvestment decisions.
• Create repeatable international playbooks, including localized briefing templates, compliance guardrails, and best practices by market.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 4–7+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with direct ownership of international (EMEA/APAC) programs.
• Has run performance driven influencer campaigns tied to measurable outcomes like CAC, revenue, and new customer growth.
• Has experience sourcing creators in multiple countries and negotiating contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting terms.
• Understands international nuances around disclosures and compliance (UK ASA/CAP, EU, and relevant APAC standards).
• Is extremely organized and can manage dozens of creators without things slipping.
• Brings strong taste and writing ability: briefs are clear, content is on brand, and creators actually deliver what we need.
• Can work independently after onboarding, and knows when to pull in cross functional partners.
