About the role

We're seeking an experienced Influencer Whitelisting, Sr Associate to own and scale our whitelisting efforts across Grüns and emerging brands. You'll manage the entire whitelisting process from sourcing high-performing content to partner setup, significantly increasing our volume of whitelisted influencer content that drives revenue and traffic. This role combines strategic partner sourcing with hands-on execution—you'll identify top-performing creators, negotiate partnerships, develop creative briefs, and collaborate closely with our paid media team to maximize ad performance. This is perfect for someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing, loves building scalable processes, and wants to directly impact revenue growth through strategic content partnerships.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a quarterly basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

  • Scale whitelisting volume significantly by sourcing high-performing influencer and seeded content across Grüns and emerging brands
  • Own end-to-end whitelisting process: sourcing content, sending offers, contracting, coordinating with creative team, and setting up partners via Meta or Spark codes
  • Partner with our seeding team to identify and activate hundreds of pieces of eligible content from seeded partners that haven't been leveraged yet
  • Execute whitelisting strategy for emerging brands, applying learnings from Grüns' successful program to new brand launches
  • Collaborate with paid media and compliance teams to identify trends from top-scaling ads and inform content strategy and creative briefs
  • Monitor and report monthly on key partner metrics (CPA, CTR, etc.) in partnership with paid media team to refine sourcing strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-performing influencers to ensure positive brand experiences and repeat partnerships
  • Create compelling creative briefs that align with brand messaging and performance goals
  • Negotiate budgets and manage influencer communications across multiple brands

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2-3+ years of influencer marketing experience with at least 1+ years specifically in UGC/whitelisted content sourcing
  • Demonstrates experience managing influencer budgets, negotiations, and communications at scale
  • Shows strong organizational skills and proficiency with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Understands key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS) and can use data to inform sourcing decisions
  • Has experience developing influencer-facing creative briefs and managing creative processes
  • Thrives in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments with changing priorities
  • Preferably has experience with Meta advertising platforms and influencer whitelisting tools
