About the role

We're seeking an Supply Chain Specialist to join our operations team and become the cornerstone for our new product launches. In this role, you'll own the supply chain execution for new SKUs, ensuring seamless integration of new products into our existing operations. You'll coordinate cross-functionally to track timelines, manage critical path activities, and resolve potential bottlenecks before they impact launch schedules. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can navigate complex operations with minimal guidance. By managing the behind-the-scenes supply chain activities, you'll directly contribute to our company's growth through successful and timely product introductions. This role reports directly to our VP of Operations.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

• Track and manage supply chain-related activities for new product launches, ensuring all operational requirements are met
• Execute critical supply chain actions for new SKUs, including setting up new item numbers, creating bills of materials (BOMs), and establishing finished goods in our systems
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear communication channels with co-packers, ensuring accurate transmission of product specifications, quality standards, and timeline requirements for new products
• Manage project schedules for new product launches, identifying opportunities to optimize timelines
• Problem-solve proactively to address potential delays and recover lost time in launch schedules
• Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on launch requirements and timelines
• Navigate ERP systems to set up new products, maintain accurate inventory records, and monitor stock levels, coordinating proactively with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory for successful launches
• Create and maintain documentation for launch processes to ensure consistency across products
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in the new product introduction workflow

We're looking for someone who:

• Brings 1-2 years of experience with supply chain systems, particularly setting up new items, creating bills of materials (BOMs), and establishing finished goods in ERP platforms
• Demonstrates strong vendor management and communication skills, with experience maintaining productive relationships with manufacturing partners, co-packers, or suppliers while effectively conveying technical specifications and quality requirements
• Experience monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Is comfortable navigating ERP systems (experience with fulfil.io is a plus)
• Has proven experience supporting projects with well-defined timelines, tasks, and outcomes
• Is proficient with project management software (experience with Asana is a plus)
