Job Description
As a Strategic Sales Manager you will own Givers' B2B2C channel, building relationships with Medicaid-focused hospitals, in-patient and out-patient facilities, primary care physicians, and other providers to drive qualified referrals. This job requires a car and the hunger to hit the road and develop a top-notch referral network. The ideal candidate will have an innate drive to chase down opportunities, ability to get their foot in the door, and knack for telling a compelling story and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Think strategically and build out a CRM of providers and facilities to prioritize
- Cold and Warm Networking: Leverage existing connections and make new ones to get your foot in the door for an in-person meeting
- Education: Share the story about Givers and the programs we serve, and provide compelling data to get social workers, discharge planners, and providers excited about referring to Givers
- Relationship Management: Keep Givers top of mind with ongoing relationship development and management
Requirements
- Sales Background: Previous experience owning a sales process and a history of building strong relationships
- Established Network: A strong network of healthcare providers and facilities that serve the Medicaid population is a plus
- Self-Starting: Intuition and a strong sense of direction. You should be constantly identifying and acting on opportunities to make an impact, not just waiting for tasks to be assigned to you. Once you sniff out an opportunity you should have a bias towards action
- Organized: A love for organization and an eye for systems to maintain high service at scale. Letting things fall through the cracks means gaps in our service and caregivers in need not getting the support they deserve.
- Tool Mastery: A track record of making the most of software and systems to maximize efficiency. Experience with the bleeding edge of AI is a plus. Comfortable with tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, Monday, HubSpot, Zendesk, or other CRMs. Ability to write automation scripts is a plus
- A car, valid drivers license, and insurance. All mileage is reimbursed.
