Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, part-time Field Marketer to join our team. This role is crucial in promoting our services in Georgia through various in-person marketing initiatives. As a Field Marketer, you will create and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and enrollment in our programs. This position requires occasional travel within Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute local events such as community fairs, health expos, and informational sessions to promote our services
  • Distribute marketing materials through flyering, tabling, or other grassroots marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance our outreach efforts
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field marketing activities with overall marketing strategies and goals
  • Represent the company at various events, ensuring a positive and professional presence
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content for field marketing initiatives
  • Manage event logistics, including securing venues, coordinating with vendors, and handling on-site setup and teardown

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, event planning, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to travel within Georgia for events and other marketing activities
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for our mission to support family caregivers
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
