Role:
We’re looking for a Project Manager on our PMO team to support and drive cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward.This role requires an innovative problem-solver who creates structure in the absence of playbooks or precedent. You will work on our Operations team to help Function transition from a scrappy startup to a globally recognized brand.
You will lead operational projects across the COO-org and and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Enterprise, and more to advance company high priority initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving execution, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with defined goals.
This role is for someone who creates systems in ambiguity and is excited to work on a wide range of projects that support our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects that improve team efficiency, process quality, or customer outcomes.
- Build and Improve Systems: Implement repeatable processes and workflows that help the company operate with more structure and less friction.
- Translate Strategy into Execution: Turn goals or problems into clear plans with deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Project Management: Track project progress, escalate risks, and ensure on-time delivery across functional partners.
- Test & Learn: Contribute to testing new ideas, workflows, or tools by helping scope, execute, and evaluate pilots, knowing that every initiative adds insight.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with partners in Product, Ops, and Marketing/Growth to ensure alignment and unblock dependencies.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Share updates with clarity and consistency to drive visibility and alignment, particularly on timeline, risk, and performance.
- Document and Scale What Works: Refine documentation, templates, or internal tooling to help teams repeat successful approaches.
- Support Decision-Making: Surface insights and feedback to inform prioritization, tradeoffs, and project adjustments as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, program management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven success driving complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, ideally in startup or scale-up contexts
- Proactive, self-directed, and thrives in environments with limited structure and evolving priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
