This individual will be focusing on optimizing and managing processes that ensure smooth, day-to-day operations.</span><span> </span><span>This role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and enhancing efficiency. This role involves developing and implementing best practices, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, the Operations Process Manager will play a crucial role in driving strategic innovation, optimizing processes end-to-end, and fostering continuous improvement to achieve business objectives and support growth.</span> </div> <div><br></div> <div><span>The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their attention to detail, self-starter, a problem solver and critical thinker, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role requires energy, talent, and a genuine passion for Function’s mission.</span></div> <div><br></div> <div><span>Responsibilities:</span></div> <ul> <li><span>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.</span></li> <li><span>Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Operations Associates and Leads, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and goal achievement.</span></li> <li><span>KPI Development and Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, including turnaround time (TAT), forecasting, and other relevant metrics. </span></li> <li><span>Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational processes, systems, and practices by leveraging data-driven insights and audits.</span></li> <li><span>Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to operational efficiency, such as process bottlenecks, resource allocation challenges, and operational disruptions. </span></li> <li><span>Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on internal operations metrics, trends, initiatives, challenges, and opportunities.</span></li> </ul> <div><br></div> <div><span>Qualifications:</span></div> <ul> <li><span>Has 5+ years of experience in operations roles in one or more GTM functional areas (e.g. operations, customer success, sales).</span></li> <li><span>High degree of comfort handling challenging situations, facilitating internal discussions, and demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</span></li> <li><span>Technical background or strong technical proficiency.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrates proficiency in key skills such as effective communication, relationship building, and collaboration.</span></li> <li><span>Start-up experience, particularly in early-stage technology companies.</span></li> <li><span>Has exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, and develop actionable solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Strong project management skills for implementing process changes.</span></li> <li><span>Is capable of leading, but also contributing as an individual to a team</span></li> </ul> <div><br></div> <h3><span>Nice-to-haves</span></h3> <ul><li><span>Prior education or experience in the health and medical space strongly preferred</span></li></ul> <div><br></div> <div><span>We value our team at Function and offer a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
