This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in scaling IT operations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will report directly to the COO and part of the Operations team. </div> <div><br></div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div> <div><br></div> <ul> <li>Oversee the delivery of technical support for internal tools and systems, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Develop and execute efficient onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.</li> <li>Provide support for internal and external applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.</li> <li>In Partnership with the Security team, implement and enforce robust security policies and procedures. Support compliance efforts, including HIPAA, GDPR, or other relevant regulations.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers.</li> <li>Manage and support collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion).</li> <li>Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure mobile devices.</li> <li>Streamline IT processes to improve efficiency and scalability.</li> <li>Develop documentation for IT workflows and best practices.</li> <li>Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.</li> <li>Oversee SaaS applications, including license management and usage optimization.</li> </ul> <div><br></div> <div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div> <div><br></div> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles. </li> <li>Proven experience in scaling IT operations for a growing organization, ideally in a startup environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of IT operations and tools, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with vendor and SaaS management.</li> <li>Expertise in MDM, data management, and process optimization.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.</li> <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.</li> </ul> <div><br></div> </div></div>
