Role:
As a Data Analyst at Function Health, you will play a crucial role in driving data analytics initiatives to improve health outcomes through actionable insights and innovative solutions. Your expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and healthcare data will be instrumental in developing personalized health recommendations and integrating real-time insights into our platform. This role is essential to advancing our mission of delivering cutting-edge health technology and empowering users with proactive health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytics initiatives to uncover insights from health testing data, improving user outcomes.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate health risks and recommend proactive measures.
- Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams to integrate real-time data-driven health insights into the platform.
- Build and optimize algorithms for personalized health recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within all analytical frameworks.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, or bioinformatics.
- Expertise in machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong background in healthcare data compliance (HIPAA) and privacy standards.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (GCP) is a plus.
