The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Growth Engineering team at Found. The Growth team is responsible for finding the levers which accelerate user growth and adoption of our products across all parts of the user journey. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with the product and operations teams to influence and shape our product strategy and roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the product team to design, implement, and scale experiments and prototypes designed to accelerate user growth across mobile and web.
- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to optimize successful features and improve the overall performance of our applications.
- Help build and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.
What You Have
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience working full-stack across web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of how to design software for successful and scalable A/B testing and analysis.
- Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Ability to quickly learn new codebases and work with multiple engineering teams and owners to navigate competing priorities and timelines.
- An instinctive desire to write quality code, the humility to understand and improve existing code, and the judgment to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience working on a growth engineering team.
- Full-stack experience working with Node.js and React.
- Mobile development experience in React Native.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
