What You Will Do:

  • Execute and maintain the Erewhon social media strategy across
    • Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
  • Shoot digital content for all social media channels (ex: reels) and assist at all digital content photoshoots
  • Write compelling, on-brand, educational copy for all channels: captions, blogs, email copy
  • Assemble, schedule and post the content calendar for social
  • Handle community engagement– engaging, regramming and responding to comments and questions daily
  • Act as a customer service representative for any inquiries or feedback that come through our channels and DM’s.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge and experience of social media best-practices to increase our reach and engagement to help grow our social presence
  • Deliver on social KPI’s and report on them weekly to the Brand Manager
  • Stay current with changes on all platforms ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness
  • Manage the scheduling and native postings for all platforms (and real time postings where necessary)
  • Monthly audit/review of profile to confirm there are no errors and to ensure all buttons, descriptions, etc are correct
  • Daily Growth and development - Follow/Unfollow, Engagement etc. Go into either competitor pages, or like minded pages nearby, or GeoTags to follow potential new followers for our own page where appropriate
  • Supply bi-weekly social calendars to Brand Manager
  • Support on research of trends, brands and influencers
  • Participate in all strategy and reporting meetings
  • Keep all data on pages accurate - this includes Flowpage or any reference to link in bio. All information must be cohesive and comprehensive
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience managing comprehensive marketing projects for a brand’s social media
  • Social Media Platform and Content background
  • Excellent written, oral and communication skills
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography or Digital or related field
  • Preferred Proficiencies: Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Google Business, Airtable, Slack
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Full Time Office hours, including some weekends as needed for community events/store openings
  • Passion for Social Media, Culinary and Wellness industries
