This is a temporary full-time position running through June 30, 2026.
About the Role:
The Chief’s Billing Operations and Systems Senior Manager will spearhead the transformation and scalability of our billing operations processes. While maintaining the daily billing operations, you will also optimize our billing software and recommend enhancements in current processes and/or new systems. You will work closely with our Sales and Concierge teams to ensure the highest level of member experience, and you will also work closely with our Leadership Team to understand key reporting metrics as it relates to billing and member satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume billing in a cloud-based billing system and be able to operate in a fast-growth environment. They will also have experience implementing a new billing system and/or overhauling billing processes. This person is a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and a problem solver.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate our current billing processes and recommend/implement improvements, whether in our current system or by implementing a new billing system
Lead a high-performing team that manages all aspects of day-to-day billing operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while providing outstanding Member experience
Develop and maintain procedural documentation and internal controls within the billing function
Partner cross-functionally with key business stakeholders (including Sales and Member Experience teams) to ensure alignment and support on day-to-day operations as well as strategic initiatives
Lead the development, preparation, and analysis of key performance indicators and operational metrics to provide insight into areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:
Experience with high-volume billing operations with preferred experience in the technology / SaaS/membership space
Has led a system implementation of a new billing system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience in customer service
An ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams in the organization
Proven organizational skills, with a high attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a strong personal commitment to meeting deadlines
Experience with Salesforce and Chargebee is a plus

The base salary for this role is: $62.50/hour
