About the Role:
The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our Chicago Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, supporting events, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
Communicate and assist with Meeting Room Setup & Breakdown, including clean-up and reset, general support, AV/IT troubleshooting, & catering preparations
Support Clubhouse Manager to best support internal programming and external rentals
Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
Purchasing and organizing office supplies and deliveries
Own SalesForce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
Build and update local ops notion pages
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage for all events
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
Other ad hoc projects as needed

The base salary for this role is: $25/hour
