Bumble
About the Role
Bumble Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Product Marketing to drive the strategic go-to-market planning, positioning, and execution for a key product category across Bumble’s global ecosystem.
Reporting into the Director, Global Product Marketing, this role will serve as the strategic connector between Product, Brand, Growth, Analytics, and our AI team — ensuring that every launch, narrative, and marketing investment contributes to meaningful business and user impact.

Partner with Product, Growth, Brand, and AI teams to define audience strategy, value propositions, and channel approach.
Build and operationalize scalable GTM frameworks that drive clarity, alignment, and measurable business impact.
Influence product roadmap and prioritization by identifying market opportunities, user needs, and performance insights.
Represent your product area in cross-functional planning forums, driving alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
Develop insight-led positioning and messaging that connects product capabilities to user needs and Bumble’s brand promise.
Translate complex features — including AI-driven and personalized experiences — into clear, compelling narratives.
Synthesize consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data into actionable messaging strategies.
Lead message testing and iteration to ensure resonance across audiences, markets, and lifecycle stages.
Act as a strategic thought partner to senior marketing leadership on Bumble’s evolving product narrative.
Partner with Creative, CRM, Social, Brand, and Comms teams to bring product strategy to life through integrated campaigns.
Develop clear, focused creative briefs that align teams on objectives, audience, messaging, and success metrics.
Ensure consistency and quality across owned, earned, and paid channels, from in-product surfaces to global campaigns.
Champion simplification, clarity, and user education in all marketing outputs.
Drive strong collaboration and feedback loops to improve execution speed and effectiveness.
Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for product launches and campaigns.
Analyze adoption, engagement, and retention data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Present performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing future product and marketing decisions.
