Bumble is seeking a highly organised and strategic corporate affairs professional, with a focus on social impact and responsible business, to bring exceptional analytical, program management, and critical thinking skills to our Corporate Affairs & Communications team.

Bumble is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Senior Manager to assist the company’s global social impact strategy, while supporting environmental reporting and strengthening Corporate Affairs operations. The role will also support global public policy activities as required.

Reporting to the Director of Public Policy & Corporate Affairs, this role will primarily focus on designing, executing, and scaling Bumble’s social impact initiatives — ensuring they are measurable, mission-aligned, and globally relevant. The role will also support ESG disclosures and internal operational excellence, helping translate impact into structured reporting and governance.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strategic thinking, partnership management, and operational rigor with a deep commitment to social impact.

Key Responsibilities

    Social Impact Strategy & Partnerships

    • Help shape and execute Bumble’s global social impact strategy aligned with company values and business priorities

    • Identify priority issue areas and build scalable nonprofit and advocacy partnerships

    • Manage partner relationships, scopes of work, and grant agreements

    • Develop impact measurement frameworks and track KPIs

    • Draft executive and board-ready materials highlighting program outcomes and impact storytelling

    • Support employee engagement initiatives, corporate giving, and mission-aligned campaigns

    • Represent Bumble in select external forums and coalition engagements


    • ESG Reporting & Governance

      • Support implementation of Bumble’s responsible business roadmap and commitments

      • Coordinate cross-functional data collection for disclosures and reporting

      • Assist with preparation of annual ESG reports and investor-facing materials

      • Support ESG ratings submissions and performance tracking


      • Corporate Affairs Operations

        • Manage team OKRs and quarterly planning processes

        • Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and invoice tracking

        • Improve workflows, documentation, and cross-functional coordination

        • Support executive briefings and governance materials


        • Public Policy Support

          Monitor relevant global policy developments

          Maintain trackers and support briefing preparation as needed

Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in social impact, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of and passion for Bumble’s unique culture and mission;
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing mission-driven programs and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of impact measurement and outcomes tracking
  • Experience contributing to ESG disclosures or sustainability reporting
  • Excellent executive-level writing and communication skills
  • Strong project management and operational rigor
