The Senior Manager, Workplace Experience will guide the care and delivery of programs that make our offices welcoming, supportive, and inspiring places to work. This role centers on cultivating environments where people feel connected, supported, and able to do their best work—whether in person or in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Workplace/Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, or employee engagement.
Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable balancing operational needs with a people-first approach to workplace care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience: Create and nurture initiatives that support employee well-being, strengthen community, and encourage collaboration across teams.
  • Workplace & Operations: Oversee the daily rhythm of our offices, from thoughtful space use to ensuring environments are safe, inclusive, and inviting.
  • Vendor & Service Partnerships: Partner with vendors who provide essential workplace services (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies), ensuring a high-quality and caring experience for employees.
  • Listening & Continuous Improvement: Build feedback channels to hear employee voices and translate insights into meaningful workplace improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to ensure the workplace experience seamlessly supports the needs of our people.

Qualifications and Competencies
