Bumble Inc. the parent company of Bumble, Bumble BFF, Badoo, Fruitz and Official, is looking for a savvy, culturally connected Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager.

Focused on Badoo, a pioneer in modern dating and one of the world’s most downloaded dating apps, this role will be based in London and be part of the Brand Marketing and Communications team - reporting directly into the Senior Director of Global Marketing and Communications.

Your remit will focus on driving awareness and consideration of the Badoo brand through influencer-led campaigns, globally. Campaigns that are culturally relevant, creatively brilliant, and effectively help Badoo achieve its brand mission.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about the value of influence, has deep knowledge of the space, tools, risks and opportunities to create enviably effective campaigns. What you'll do

  • Build a global influencer strategy and approach guiding on the most effective tools to identity, recruit, execute and measure influencer marketing success

  • Work cross-functionally across our marketing, comms and product teams to stand every influencer campaign up for maximum success

  • Develop creative influencer and digital ideas across multiple markets, cultures and social platforms as part of an effective content strategy

  • Apply critical thinking to influencer campaign support plans to ensure content is connected to broader marketing plans and is focused on the right metrics to help us achieve our goals

  • Collaboration with the localisation team to ensure all content resonates in the markets it is utilised

  • Brand reputation and issues management related to influencer outputs and broader social media impact

  • Senior counsel and expertise on the latest influencer marketing news, approaches, trends, tools and approaches

  • Oversight and management of paid social influencer related products and tools across all major platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snap), including objective setting and performance projections

  • Management of talent negotiations, required suppliers, contracts, payment and deliverables

  • Support of user acquisition focused influencer marketing content, identifying and implementing efficiencies between recruited talent and their potential to deliver brand and performance objectives

Experience We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in an agency or in-house influencer marketing role

  • Excellent communications skills with a superb command of English verbally and written

  • Seasoned experience in developing influencer marketing strategies that consider platform roles, tiers of influence and how different strategies achieve different goals

  • Ability to form strong talent and talent agency relationships

  • Experience in both brand-led and performance-led influencer initiatives

  • Track record of integrating influencer marketing into multi-channel 360 marketing campaigns

  • Solid understanding of the nuances of influencer deals among major established and emerging social media platforms

  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
