Job description

We are looking for full-time Clinical Specialists to join our team!

Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes!

  • W2 full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package
  • Pay ranges from $18-$20/hr pending experience
  • Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends!
  • Annual stipend for growth and education opportunities

Requirements: Brave Clinical Specialists can be based anywhere in the US, but must be willing to become peer certified.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven
  • History of accuracy, volume processing and meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field; master degree preferred
  • Fluency in English, Spanish (preferred); proficiency in other languages a plus

Skills:

  • Very strong at direct patient contact at volume, communicating status and issues to managers, and executing steps and written records and actions on time
  • Your accuracy and speed is a strong match to an extremely high volume, deadline oriented, fast paced role.
  • Working knowledge of DSM 5 nomenclature
  • Ability to provide Crisis intervention/stabilization and verbal de-escalation
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful, a good problem solver and organized
  • Deadline oriented
  • Able to utilize clinical judgment to make decisions
