Summary/Objective:

The Logistics Coordinator will report to and support The VP of Marketing & Marketing Manager with administrative functions that relate to Event & Partnerships for the brand. This person will work directly with clients to execute Bluestone Lane’s premium experience and help bring unique events to life in different locations across our shops. This role will involve a certain level of creativity and organization to ensure we are providing clients with the best service and experience with our brand and products.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate logistics for in person events, including but not limited to; stock management, ordering through external vendors and internal departments, client liaison
  • Set up & Packing up of all events
  • Coordinate Catering Fulfillment
  • Planning, production, and management of offsite events (coffee activations & brand activations)
  • Planning, production, and management of onsite events
  • Assess quality of delivery of BL product delivered in wholesale and licensed premises to identify training needs. Work with the training team to ensure recipes and methods are up to date.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Operations Team to ensure delivery of partnerships at store level
  • Ensure Bluestone Lane quality standards are met and maintained with all third-party relationships, in both Events, Wholesale and licensing agreements

This role is based in Brooklyn (Navy Yards Area).

$22.00-$23.00/hour

  • Drivers License
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Google suite applications a plus

Physical Demands:

  • You can work in high-pressure, fast-paced work environment

Work Authorization Requirements:
