About the Company
Biolinq is a venture-backed digital health company developing a wearable biosensor platform that measures biomarkers important to the management of many clinical conditions including diabetes. This dynamic role is a part of a team of engineers and scientists developing a novel intradermal biosensor technology and the associated software data extraction and rendering SDK that will transform the way people manage their metabolic health.
Job Purpose
The Product team is responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and intended user experience. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our bio-wearable platform, including hardware and software. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
You will be driving, defining and executing the product strategy and user experience for Biolinq’s next-generation products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of market demands, customers’ needs, wearable sensor and other health data, and emerging technologies, with a particular emphasis on applications in medical devices.
You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, testing, launch, and post-market monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product offerings meet regulatory standards and market requirements, driving commercial success and continuous product improvement.
Your expertise in identifying product-market fit, synthesizing customer insights, and leading product feature development will play a vital role in shaping the future direction of our innovative medical device products and services.
The responsibilities of the role includes, but is not limited to:
- Partnering with engineers, designers, data science, clinical, marketing and regulatory to realize the product vision
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and “ownership attitude” while working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver the best experience for our users.
- Identifying the most valued unmet user needs
- Ensuring a product is commercially viable (product/market fit) and,
- Continuously improving products via iterative innovation (discover, define/design, develop and delivery)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Supervise and support designers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Document and communicate priorities, requirements, and product plans with key stakeholders throughout the organization on an ongoing basis.
- Lead the discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, launch and growth of user centric features to address pain points and business opportunities.
- Develop hypotheses, experiments, and research plans with the product design team.
- Conduct user research alongside the product design team to identify and evaluate unmet user needs. Use insights to inform product decisions, deliver on user needs, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to plan, build, and launch features, from concept through launch
- Manage complex schedules that involve both internal and external teams, across hardware and software. Serve as the external and internal point of contact for key partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create go-to-market plans and materials to communicate, position, and promote the value proposition of your product(s).
- Define and measure product success metrics, and evaluate the impact on the business
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid
- Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred or at least 8 years previous engineering, design, and/or business experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager on growth or new product development, or equivalent experience in user research, product design or engineering.

- Proven ability to take a product from conception to successful market adoption
- Experience developing software, e.g. iOS and/or Android mobile applications, and Web applications in an agile environment.
- Experience working with AI-driven or data-driven consumer experiences.
- Healthcare, wellness, medical device experience, especially diabetes device or application experience is a nice to have.
- Experience with human factors analysis and reporting is a nice to have.
Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (<20%)

As part of our efforts to ensure fair and equal pay based on merit, Biolinq supports pay transparency internally and during the recruitment process. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this role is: $115,000 to $145,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Actual compensation packages are commensurate with experience and based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including, but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, education, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the U.S. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. Biolinq also offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave), medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and any written agreement between the parties.
