Position Summary

The Director of Clinical Talent will have the crucial responsibility of developing and executing the overall people strategy at Amae Health, with a focus on clinical culture and working with clinicians. Their primary focus will be to hire clinicians into a thriving work environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and empowered to perform at their best. This role is an individual contributor role.

In addition, the Director of Clinical Talent will align the business and clinical objectives with the needs of our employees and management. They will play a key role in leading the expansion of our teams into new locations and geographies, fostering an inclusive and patient-centric culture that extends across both our corporate and clinical teams. The Director of Clinical Talent will work independently and collaboratively with the management team, proactively assessing and addressing clinical hiring needs. You will be responsible for hiring clinical teams that include psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, and other behavioral health providers & support staff. Ideally, this individual will possess extensive expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in in-person care services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in the Clinical Recruiting function
• Experience in healthcare, with particular focus on in-person care delivery
• Strong plus for experience in fast paced settings focused on innovation
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Strong ability to own and manage projects with independence, a self-starter attitude
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas, proposals, and unique concepts
• Record of accomplishment of fostering, driving, and implementing innovative ideas with broad impact
• Desire to excel in a high-growth company and proven experience working with innovative and consumer-focused products
