Amae Health is seeking a Clinical Outreach Lead. This role is remote but requires up to 25% travel to Amae Health’s clinics.

About the Job

Amae Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clinical Outreach Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving patient recruitment and growth in our Amae Health clinics. You will develop and maintain strategic relationships, oversee growth projects, and work closely with health systems, hospitals, and other providers to generate patient referrals. This is a dynamic role that will involve significant time spent in the community, engaging with key stakeholders, and implementing creative strategies to increase our patient base.


  • Drive patient recruitment and growth for Amae Health clinics, using innovative and effective strategies to increase the clinic's patient base.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with health systems, hospitals, and other providers to generate patient referrals.
  • Oversee growth projects, ensuring that they align with Amae Health's strategic objectives and contribute to our ongoing success.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders in the community, fostering strong relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration.
  • Provide tours of the clinic to prospective patients and partners, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and highlighting our commitment to patient care.
  • Organize community events, seminars, and other initiatives to promote Amae Health's services, increase awareness, and foster engagement with our target audience.
  • Continuously identify and pursue new growth opportunities, utilizing a data-driven approach and leveraging market research to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategy & Operations team to track progress, share insights, and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Amae Health clinics’ regional healthcare industries, including health systems, hospitals, and other providers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
