Responsibilities & Duties:

The Technical Solutions Specialist will support the Asset Management and Support team with the setup, inventory, support, and management of large- scale data collection in multi-site clinical trials. They will work closely with the clinical team to plan the data collection activities for all clinical trials as well as serve as a liaison between the data collection activities and the Alto Neuroscience Data Science and Engineering teams.

Essential responsibilities include:

Support planning and setup of data acquisition systems at clinical sites.

Identify software and hardware needs at clinical sites for improved data quality.

Act as a technical liaison between clinical sites and Alto’s Data Science teams.

Help analyze and solve product issues with Technical Solution Engineers.

Conduct remote and in-person training sessions at clinical sites while ensuring proper documentation of the training processes.

Oversee all clinical trial assets and generate projections for site requirements.

Manage inventory and supply chain as per company guidelines.

Perform inventory tasks for accurate stock management.

Maintain accurate inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.

Conduct quality checks on Alto Neuroscience equipment and ensure proper documentation.

Update management software and develop tools for inventory tracking.

Implement operational improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Handle shipping logistics, including label creation, pickups, and accessory orders.

Respond to study site inquiries and process orders for timely shipment.

Track inventory accuracy, purchase returns, and defective items for quality control.

Ensure that project deliverables and tasks meet the highest technical standards and adhere to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.

May assist in continued oversight of change control processes and documentation for applicable software products.

Job Requirements Skills & Experience:

MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL 50% of the time at time on short notice (East Coast Territory)

BS degree in health sector management or a related field with at least 1 yr. of experience (specialist) OR MS degree in health sector management or at least 3 years of experience (engineer)

Experience and familiarity with the basic principles of asset management and technical support utilizing wearables/sensors (preferably EEG, PSG, or EMG).

Experience in explaining and training complex technical subjects to non- technical people.

Minimum of one year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics

Proficient with computers and other standard office technology

Familiarity with an enterprise resource planning software

Physical ability to lift 10-25 pounds
